Careers Guidance and Advice

Connexions is a free service providing information, advice, guidance and support to all 13-19 year olds. Next Step Advice Centres are available to assist Adults aged 19+.

Through local Connexions partnerships it brings together all the services that help young people have access to a Personal Adviser, someone they can trust. Personal Advisers are well-qualified, passionate and enthusiastic practitioners who really get to know the young people they are supporting.

Listed below are the main Connexions Centres where you can access a full range of services.

The other centres listed offer a limited range of Connexions services. There are lots of other places in your area where you can access Connexions services. The Connexions Personal Advisers (PAs) work in schools, colleges, community centres, Connexions Centres and in the community – look out for the Connexions logo – or ask at your nearest Connexions centre.
